International Conference on the Science of Botanicals (ICSB)

Each year University of Mississippi’s National Center for Natural Products Research hosts the annual ICSB in Oxford, Mississippi to bring together academic researchers, regulators, industry and trade association representatives, for presentation and discussion of trends, new research findings, and regulatory issues surrounding botanicals. This conference usually draws about several hundred participants and a strong contingent of international delegates is always present, and these represent an opportunity for diverse perspectives on botanical tradition, science and regulation. This conference includes a poster session with awards presented to both undergraduate and graduate students. Participation in this annual conference, as well as other seminars and workshops associated with this program, offers a great career development opportunity and social/networking time for students and post-doctoral research associates.

Additional details are available on the ICSB website at http://www.oxfordicsb.org or email at icsb@olemiss.edu.
